1. Customization of one of our designs, without altering its essence, to suit your tastes and personality—for example, by changing the type of gemstones used, the length, or the size; adjusting the carat weight to fit your budget; or adding laser-engraved text or numbers. In this case, a surcharge will be added to the listed price for the customization service.
2. Realization of a model of which the Customer has a prototype. In this case an estimate is formulated for realization, following the Customer's directions and data sheets.
3. Realization of a piece of jewelry based on the Client's idea, i.e. we are presented with special wishes, in which the Client simply describes what he would like; in this case we propose a 3D rendering, which is to be paid according to the complexity of the object. Following its approval, the Client can entrust us with the production, after accepting our analytical estimate.
4. Renewal of a family jewel, whose design is obsolete, or whose condition has deteriorated. In this type of work, the Client's gold and stones are generally recovered and used to produce a new mount chosen from our catalog, or to make a custom-made item, as per point 3. The value of gold, which has risen to all-time highs, often allows the jewelry to be renewed with minimal economic effort.
